These QTVR images were taken the afternoon of September 20, 2006 as part of my participation in the World Wide Panorama event for the 2006 Autumnal/Vernal Equinox. All panoramas were taken between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm EST. Having loved trains since I was in elementary school my first thought when the theme of Transportation was announced for this event was this museum. The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Museum is located at 901West Pratt Street in downtown Baltimore, Maryland. It houses a large collection of historic steam locomotives, diesel engines, rolling stock and train memorabilia. The focal point of the museum is a large roundhouse with a dramatic interior space. Images were produced with the permission of the Museum and may not be used for any purpose other than viewing from this web site.
